Supply Chain Manager

1)     Material Supply

• Develop policies, procedure and objective for the procurement of goods & service
• Develop material plan then purchasing plans that enable efficient implementation of company’s supply policies and objectives.
• Investigate & correct supply problem to minimize the impact on production & review economies of all purchase in order to reduce cost and improve quality, delivery time
• Develop or implement procedures or systems to evaluate or select suppliers.
• Collaborate with Production and Accounting departments, to identify or qualify new suppliers.
• Good negotiation with suppliers

 

2)     Warehouse Management

• Material handling (incoming and internal movements)
• Production feeding
• RM (raw materials) and FG (finished goods) keeping
• FG final packing
• Assess appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials.

 

3)     Connection with Import/Export Agency

• Appraise vendor manufacturing ability, negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders.
• Inbound and outbound logistics: arrange the container schedule IN and OUT
• Customs clearance IN and OUT
• Picking and packing procedure

 

4)     Production Planning

• LT planning: capacity analysis of the factory
• MT planning: MRP inputs, PO emission, expediting
• ST planning: scheduling of internal activities according to the situation (material, machines & manpower)

 

5)     Customer Relationship

• Receive and manage the sales orders

 

• Other tasks as assigned by General Manager
