Mô tả công việc

  • Responsible for handling of reservation and ensures that reservation meets the needs of the guests in accordance with the revenue management policies of service. 
  • Ensure that room/service availability is managed to its best possible monetary outcome. 
  • Assist Management in increasing the profitability through active yield and revenue management. 
  • Assist guests and make sure their stays at the hotel are comfortable and an experience to remember.
  • Make reports and draw up statistics to the operations Manager to support the Sales Dept
  • Control the Room/service revenue, the average room/service rate, and enhance the sales strategy.
  • Analyze results and give ideas to increase profitability.
  • Ensure that the statistics data concerning the daily operations of the Reservation department are correctly recorded.
  • Keep up to date on all room/service rates, special offers and promotions.
  • Develope an awareness of local services and facilities.
  • Identify opportunities for value added services to increase sales profitability and anticipate client needs.
  • Ensure every customer is top priority and that the telephone courtesy and service extended is consistently with the image of the company.
  • Endeavour to process all correspondence on a daily basis.
  • Ensure that all reservations are made within the guidelines of daily status.
  • Ensure guest comments are recorded in guest history and acted on when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date files.
  • Ensure compliance with legislated heath and safety requirements within the workplace.
  • Comply with all Corporate and Company Standards and Procedures.
  • Actively promote a work environment, which cares for guests and associates alike.

Kỹ năng yêu cầu

  • Experience and skill:
  • At least 3 years experience at the same field (but not a must);
  • A good understanding and passion for the hospitality market in Vietnam;
  • Good communication in English and Vietnamese, other is an advantage ; 

Ability to organize work load and to work under pressure
