Mô tả công việc

-          Setting of monthly target goals for each sales personnel.

-          Directs all sales activities of direct report to ensure that they meet the set goals.

-          Supervises and measures goals set with direct report and assist in formulation of strategies to address shortfall.

-          Attends major travel functions, sales trips and promotional events to promote sales for the hotel as assigned by the Deputy Director. Provide regular feedbacks and recommendations to capitalize on opportunities and suggestions to address threats. Partake in cross selling of sister/affiliated resorts.

-          Establishes and maintain files on productive and potential accounts.

-          Effective implementation of the sales accounts management system and ensuring that the procedures are being maintained and kept up to date.

-          Ensure sales personnel are constantly updated on competitors’ activities, with summarized report submitted during the sales meeting and/or where necessary.

-          Analyses market changes and under the direction of the Deputy Director, implement programs to meet these changes that may be brought about by political, economic or competitive changes in the marketplace.

-          Assist and supervise the execution of group meetings, seminars and related events to enhance guests’ experience and encourage repeat business.

-          Ensure timely dissemination of sales related information to other operating departments.

-          Meet with key and potential customers and ensure that pre & post meetings are conducted by the Sales personnel to provide feedbacks to management.

-          Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, business confidentiality, ethics and attitude towards all hotel guests, business partners and employees.

-          Performs related duties and special projects as may be assigned

Kỹ năng yêu cầu

-          At least 5 years related experience and/ or training, preferably in hospitality/tourism industry

-          Bachelor’s degree in tourism industry is preferred or in relevant fields.

-          Good English communication, both in writing & speaking.

-          Good organizational & time management skills working to tight deadlines

-          Ability to manage multiple tasks & priorities workloads.

-          Ability to interpret & adhere to company branding, style guides & product briefs

-          Good teamwork.
