Urgent! 3 Developer.NET ($700-$1000)

-          Work with the product development team to design the functionality to be provided including writing specifications.

-          Lead and participate in architectural and design discussions.

-          Break-down and organize the work into tasks.

-          Be able to estimate risk and effort associated with tasks.

-          Be able to function with a team of talented developers, testers and document writers.

-          Communicate with other departments in determining and clarifying requirements and product behavior.

-          Assists lower level employees in solving problems.

-          Supervises/trains lower level employees if required.

-          Maintenance work (fixing field reported problems for existing products and versions) will be required as well. 

-          3+ years of related work experience. Special have experience in UI web-based.

-          Have  knowledge  about MVC framework ( the design pattern to build 3-layers system on web) would be plus.

-          Proficiency in programming .NET Framework, C#, Web service, JavaScript, Ajax, Spring .NET,  

-          Database (Ms SQL Server, Oracle, DB2) 

-          Knowledge about CSS, XML, HTML 5, HTLM jQuery,EXTJS, DEVEXPRESS design patterns, threading and other engineering best practices (source code control system, code review, unit test, build, etc)

-          Have participated in real-world projects

-          Understanding of general software development principles

-          Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a team environment

-          Good command of English would be plus.

-          Good sense of teamwork & responsibility, initiative.

-          Excellent analytical skills and methodological mindset.

-          Ability to read and analyze requirement specifications in English.

-          Good understanding of internet applications and its workflow technology.

-          Good problem solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

-          A smart and proactive characteristic, willing to take challenge, can work under pressure.
