Mô tả công việc

- Handle flight booking request and issue ticket.
- Manage and maintain flight booking system.
- Handle other booking requests such as visa, tour, hotel...
* Required:
- Proficient in using international ticket booking system, including Abacus, Amadeus, Sabre.
- Proficient in using domestic ticket booking system, including Vietnam Airline, Jetstar, Vietjet Air.
- Strong knowledge in other international airlines such as Airasia, Cebu Pacific, Lion Air, Tiger Airways ....
- Knowledge of inbound and outbound tours,
- Knowledge of visa, passport and immigration procedures

Kỹ năng yêu cầu

- College/University degree in Foreign Language/Tourism – Hospitality/Business.
- FLUENCY OF ENGLISH and PC skills.
- Good command of communication and customer-oriented.
- Readiness for high work pressure & working overtime.
- Honest, Pro-active, enthusiastic, hard working.
