SUPPLY CHAIN JUNIOR ANALYST

Position	SC Junior Analyst	Job Time	8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Supervised By	Project Manager	Location	Ho Chi Minh City

II/ Objective:

 

Provide assistance to Consultants and Project Managers by -          Investigating, observing, interviewing -          Collecting, processing and analyzing data to provide insight to consultants -          Helping solving complex problems -          Providing support to team along the project as required -          Ensuring communication with client’s team as requested

 

 

III/ Primary Responsibilities

 

1. 1.     Investigate, collect and analyze data and information

• Investigate and seek for detailed information on specific area
• Collect data from different sources (production line, information systems, reports, etc.)
• Process and analyze data to provide requested insights to senior consultants
• Analyze problem root causes in a systemic manner
    
• Synthesis insight and present conclusions to senior consultants
• Perform various duties such as market research, business modeling and process documentation.

 

1. 2.     Facilitate communication

• Be the cultural and language interface between the Project manager and the client (General Manager, Managers, Supervisors, workers) or external parties (suppliers, authorities, etc.)  (VN<->ENG)
• Actively communicate with client staff to promote the project, understand and tackle the potential resistance
• Perform various duties like documenting work papers such as minutes of meetings and preparing presentation material.

 

3. Support training and Implementation

• Set up training and coaching for various audiences in the use of CEL methods
• Work with client team to put in place desired improvements and changes.


 

 

4. Report

• Proactively inform Consultant and PM on progress and difficulties
• Support the PM with report elaboration

 

5. Comply to CEL standards

• Apply, maintain and improve CEL standards (methodology, tools, templates, dress code, hierarchy)
• Demonstrate professionalism to clients and colleagues. Be quality focused, responsive to the team and develop/maintain productive working relationships with internal team and client.
• Demonstrate teamwork, integrity, and accountability, by assisting and collaborate with team members, sharing relevant ideas/opinions and listening/respond to other views.

 

6. Represent CEL  

• Represent CEL as being a unique company with highly professional people
• Network, find contacts and promote CEL

 

7. Maintain High confidentiality

• Assure discreet handling of all business information, including client names, internal and external documents, emails etc. without prior approval of senior management

  

 

IV/ Standard Requirement

 

1. Education Level: Master degree

 

1. Qualification & Skills.

-          Proficiency in English is imperative

-          Systemic thinking, Analytic mindset


-          Very solid knowledge in statistics and probability

-          Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - communicate clearly and efficiently

-          Field and action oriented

-          Proficient in Excel

-          Highly innovative, creative and able take initiatives

-          Excellent Interpersonal Skills

-          Ability to create respect and trust

-          Capability to work both independently and with a team

-          Willing to learn and develop continuously
