Mô tả công việc

Purpose:
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Sr. Social Media Executive brings to life brands’ voice in social media. This role is responsible for the development of social media strategies, editorial calendars and tactical plans, ensuring that all social media messages, measurement and content are relevant to both the target audience and the brand objectives. This includes the implementation and management of the campaign’s strategies  across current and emerging social media communities -- in particular YouTube, Facebook, Google+, Twitter, and LinkedIn -- and future communities on other platforms, i.e. Instagram, Pinterest etc.

This role, working closely with others on the marketing and data teams, will inspire and engage people in growing social communities leading to deeper loyalty, and track and report results. The Sr. Social Media Executive will also manage company’s contracted influencing figures, the user response as well as develop and deliver user feedback, incident and trend reports for internal cross-functional teams on a consistent basis.

Kỹ năng yêu cầu

  • High-school graduate or higher
  • 2+ years relevant experience in social media/community management
  • Demonstrated experience in social media strategy development and execution and project coordination
  • Actively participates in a wide variety of social media activities such as blogging, community development and management, social bookmarking, commenting, etc.
  • Proven track record of building an audience as well as cultivating relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to produce community management guidelines and documents that reflects the holistic understanding and implementation of the role of social media and its effects.
  • Experience with social listening tools and comfort with measurement and analytics
  • Understanding of popular social networks – design, functionality, users
  • Experience within a fast-paced environment involving multi-tasking and critical deadlines
