Senior Web-Designer

Primary Role of Position
Project Team Leader is responsible for closely monitoring the schedule, scope and budget of projects. Project Team Leader coordinates all functional aspects of project team activities – Requirements, Management, Design, Development, Quality Control, and 3rd party vendors – to ensure that requirements are met and exceeded. Project Team Leader carries out this responsibility by motivating and guiding project teams while collaborating with internal/external clients throughout the software development process until project completion.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of a project management; ensure smooth project execution, delivery of quality software products, and clients satisfaction.
Prepare project plan, including but not limited to, estimate, staff, risk management, training, software development plan, …)
Allocate work and resources (people, equipment, facilities, materials, etc.) for the project team
Manage resources, staffing, skill sets transferring, and recruiting of the project
Monitor and control projects
Communicate project status and issues to management (Delivery Manager, CEO) and client
Developing team spirit, motivating and building morale; dealing with problems
Mentor and provide guidance to project members
Make presentation/white papers for new initiatives

Minimum required skills:
Project Team Leader has at least 3 years of experience in software development project of full life cycle
Good knowledge in software development process, quality models, standards.
Advanced (x) HTML/CSS
Having up-to-date knowledge and skills especially in HTML5 and CSS3
Strong HTML & CSS skills including CSS3 & HTML5
Experienced in Pre-Processing CSS (LESS, SASS) is a plus
Advanced JavaScript Libraries as JQuery, MooTools

Aptitude to learn and understand new and emerging technologies
Good analytical and report writing skills, communication skills, problem solving skills
Experience with web application development
Advanced knowledge of database design and administration; familiar with MySQL, mongoDB an asset
Knowledge of PHP (strong), Python
Knowledge source control tools (git, svn, bitbucket…)
Familiar with Front-End, Back-end, web Site performance
Good presentation skills
Team-oriented
Education/Training Preferred
BS. Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
