SENIOR DEVELOPER

- Developing UI designs into polished, accessible, cross-device, responsive experiences.
- Assisting in the development of any or all aspects of the systems design, code construction, database design, unit and integration testing, and implementation
- Mentoring and possibly managing other developers to understand requirements and deliver based on those requirements, as well as reviewing team code to ensure it is standard compliant
- Architecting innovative technical solutions and assisting in the development and maintenance of technical standards for the company
- Introducing new technologies, researching and implementing innovative web techniques and features.

- 5+ years demonstrated development experience writing pure, standards-compliant code HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and PHP, and experience delivering front-end code for integration with back end systems
Experience with building 3rd party plugins, mobile/responsive development, APIs, source control, and troubleshooting cross-browser/platform issues.
- Experience with creating project work plans, setting up environments and architecting technical solutions
- Demonstrated understanding of revision control, bug tracking systems, and build and deployment methodologies.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Passion for technology, a willingness to learn and a good attitude.
