Mô tả công việc

- Perform research and assessment of the number of customers, types of business, growth potential; and develop specific plans to suit the current situation.
- Responsible to the Board of Directors for sales efficiency and business activities of the branch.
- Expand the branch office and develop customers according to company policies.
- Participate in creating, developing and deploying products, services to serve the customers.
- Create and implement a sales plan for the Sales department weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ yearly, which is suitable for the development of the company.
- Develop and implement training and development plans regularly, which are appropriate for the team and must follow the strategies of the company to strengthen a professional sales team.

Kỹ năng yêu cầu

- Bachelor’s Degree of Economics, Foreign Trade or relevant fields.

- Experience: at least 3 years in a similar position

- Ability to manage, operate, analyze plans and reports, training and development of staffs.
 
- Good communication skills, sharp, dynamic, enthusiastic, honest, and have a great sense of responsibility.
 
- Ability to work under high pressure and a team-player
 
- English or Japanese proficiency
