Sales Manager

- Manage, develop and control sales activities in Sales and Marketing Department
- Manage sales team and be in charge of training/coaching, performance evaluation of sales staff
- Search for new potential clients and care, maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Capture customer needs, give advice on products, services trading company.
- Collect feedback and answer questions to customers.
- Make sure all sales activities smoothly and effectively.
- Report to Sales General Manager/Director
- Responsible for sales of advertisements on websites, magazines
- Update customer data and take care of customers in database

- Male and female under 40 years old
- Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Sales & Marketing/ Foreign Trade / Economics or equivalent
- Must be Agile, active, professional and self confidence
- Being fluent in English is a must
- At least 5 years of relating experience, at least 2 years in each company
- Leadership and teamwork skills
- High sense of responsibility, creative
- Candidates must have good appearance
