Mô tả công việc

- Responsible for execution and meet of monthly target
- Develop Travel Agents and Tour Operators' accounts
- Establish and manage the sales plan and strategies
- Make telesales to customers.
- Respond and follow up all requests on time.
- Follow up all bookings to ensure signed contracts and payments are collected.
- Coordinate and check all the events with other department to make sure the events run smoothly. 
- Maintain and update the customer database
- Attend and welcome FAM, site-inspection group, the in-house events or networking events in town.
- Handle smoothly guest feedback if any
- Report on the competitor’s sales strategies
- Forecasts future travel patterns and provides trade feedback to the Sales Manager
- Able to travel on business trip when required.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the Sales Manager  or Deputy Director.

Kỹ năng yêu cầu

1. Language Skills:
- Good command of the English language, both written and verbal, due to the constant contact with clients. 
- Fluency in other languages would be beneficial, should a situation arise that.

2. Personality:
- Pleasant and possess strong desire to excel in the service and hospitality tourism industry.
- Ambitious and willing to put in extra efforts to meet challenges.
- Want to start a career in international hospitality management.

3. Experiences:
At least 2 years related experience and/ or training, preferably in hospitality/tourism industry.
