Restaurant Manager Work In Aeon Mall - Bình Dương

Responsible for sales and profitability of the restaurant
Responsible for inventory, ordering and restaurant administration work
Manage work schedule and assign tasks to employees and monitor their performance closely
Monitor and conduct monthly inventory checks on all stocks, operating equipment and supplies and ensure that the outlet is adequately equipped
Supervise restaurant staff, interview, hire and train staff and ensure all staffs are adhered on the company policy
Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
Work closely with the Chef on daily operational quality and maintaining good customer relationship
Work with other management personnel to execute marketing, advertising plans and activities
Effectively resolve all customer complaints concerning food quality and service
Perform other duties as assigned by the management

University graduate, preferably with major in Hospitality management
5 - year experience in Japanese restaurants
Good command of both written and spoken in English
Can communicate in Japanese is an advantage
Good at MS office
Have basic knowledge about Business administration
Good organizational, problem solving, decision making, interpersonal skill and leadership skills
Honest, mature, innovative, self-motivated, polite
