Project Manager

- Code and perform unit test based on analysis, design design model available
- In charge of planning software project
- Establish software solutions.
- Communicate with clients to define project requirements, changing, technical problems and other arising issues.
- Manage and analyze customer's requirements.
- Manage all ares of project management including design, construction, occupancy, quality control, staffing, risk management and budget estimation, budget management.
- Co-ordinate with other departments related to the project (HR, QA, QSA,...)
- Track progress of projects against goals, objectives, time lines, and budgets, and generates reports on status. Monitors expenses to ensure they fall within the prescribed budget.
- Organize and manage project team by providing direction and leadership.
- Be responsible for project team member's performance appraisal.
- Be responsible for training project team members
- Establish and record all documents of the software projects in execution.
- Perform results transference to customers.
- Other duties may be assigned

- Have a bachelor degree in IT
- Have Bachelor degree or higher degree in IT
- Good skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing in English (Level C or equal)
- At least 4 years of working experience in software projects
- At least 1 year of working experience in project management
- Master software development processes
- Good time management, software project management and planning skills
- Good organizing, communication, analysis and problem solving skills
