1. To build, lead, manage and develop an efficiency & quality.
2. To cultivate a high performance culture in the dept.
3. To set and implement business performance measures.
4. To execute & control of whole factory SOP and work flow in production
5. Maintain corporate disciplines, company policies, and procedures to create a productive, organized, clean, and safe environment
6. Drive improvement initiatives focused upon improving processes to attain increased through-put and quality
7. Implement suggestions that improve or change processes in support of the company’s growth objectives.

2. Associate with Operation management, Garment manufacturing
3. Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing garment manufacturing operations and at least 5 years in management capacity.
4. Proven successful track record in developing business strategies, building managers and leading manufacturing operations.
5. Strong business acumen and commercial sense required.
6. Previous experience in dealing with people of diverse culture and leading organization changes required.
7. Strong business management skills and finance management knowledge
8. Strong garment manufacturing knowledge
9. Strong General management skills
