PR Manager

ü  Identifying main client groups and audiences and determining the best way to communicate publicity information to them; Managing communication budgets

ü  Developing and maintaining the company's corporate image and identity, which includes the use of logos and signage, information for media kits

ü  Managing special events such as sponsorship of races, parties introducing new products, or other activities and the firm supports in order to gain public attention through the media without advertising directly. Observing and reporting on social, economic and political trends that might affect company

ü  Establishing and maintain effective working relationships with local and municipal government officials and media representatives

ü  Conferring with labor relation managers to develop internal communications that keep employees informed of company activities

ü  Directing activities of external agencies, establishments and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs

ü  Facilitating consumer relations, or the relationship between parts of the company such as the managers and employees, or different branch offices.

ü  Having BA degree with majors in journalism and communication (preferred) or higher

ü  Having at least 7 years of working experience in PR/ Communication role of multinational company (background in media/ press is preferable).

ü  Having knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process

ü  Having knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

ü  Having knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

ü  Being able to work under pressure

Language

ü  Having good communication skill

ü  Having excellent English skills

ü  Having ability of communication in Korean is an added advantage
