Job Summary:

The job incumbent is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and business development programs targeted toward domestic and overseas markets by performing the following (but not limited) duties:

Essential duties:

1. Sales strategy:

-          Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals. Plans to achieve periodical sales (language services) targets / KPI.

-          Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities to develop and recommend pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.

-          Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.

-          Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.

-          Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.

2. Business Development:

-          Directs product research and market development in Vietnam and global expansion strategy.

-          Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.

-          Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.

-          Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.

-          Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.

-          Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.

3.Marketing strategy:

-          Overseas and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.

-          Plans, oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail. Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.

-          Develops and manages marketing operating budgets.

-          Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry trends.

-          Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.

Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.

Education and Experience:

-          Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or business administration. Master degree would be an advantage.

-          At least five (5) years of progressive management experience in translation, training, financial service, insurance, tourism, human resources, IT, BPO, consultancy is preferable; Abroad studying and working will be a plus.

Advanced English and proficiency of computer, internet is a must.
