Mô tả công việc

- Directly manage and responsible for implementing activities to ensure high quality of service for the branch office, in fields such as: Logistics, customs clearance, customer service, operation etc.
- Develop plans for the management of service quality proven by the Branch manager and General Director periodically (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
- Develop and propose procedures and regulations for operation activities of the branch office; and have them organized, deployed and monitored.
- Responsible for recruiting and training the operation staffs.
- Develop relationships with foreign partners in order to increase the quality of services of the branch office.
- File records and resolve complaints on the quality of service.
- Prepare service quality reports daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and/or yearly according to regulations of the company.

Kỹ năng yêu cầu

- Bachelor’s Degree of Foreign Trade, Economics, Logistics.
- Experiences: at least 3-year experience in Managerial positions in the Logistics industry
- Have a good knowledge of the Laws and regulations related to the industry.
- Understand the processes and administrative procedures related to the service, the business situation of those corporates in this market, customers and partners.
- Prior experiences in Logistics industry will be a plus.
- English or Japanese proficiency
