A. New Tenant Development
• Seeking tenant for new Store and replacement for current tenants those are not achieve the Company’s agreed target or those terminate the contracts.
• Scheduling regular tenant meetings.
• Attending new tenant meetings.
• Participating in prospective tenant tours.
• Attending space planning, construction, and team meetings.
• Providing quick responses to tenant inquiries.
• Negotiating price and other relating conditions in order the right of Lottemart.
• Getting approval from Team Leader in charge and General Director about contracts for new tenants.
• Confirming compliance with approved tenant improvement plans.
• Assisting tenant contractors in meeting agreed upon construction schedules.
• Updating tenant improvement records daily, weekly and as needed.
• Cooperate with OCS department to create vendor and sales code to new tenants.
B. Tenant Management
• Maintaining close contact with tenants and support them in any relating matters for their doing business in LotteMart in order to achieve set weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
• Follow their sales performance and discuss for promotion to increase agreed sales targets.
• Leading them to follow the company’s rules.
• Together with Store Manager to check and control their operation in Lottemart.
• Checking their payment with accounting department and prepare letter of notice of payment schedule to those who late in payment.
• Solving Tenants’ complaints, if any.
• Cooperate with other departments in dealing with related tasks.
• Contacts with electric power company if any troubles happened.
• Going out for competitors’ survey.
• Prepare letters for renewal of lease agreement for Team Leader signature and send to the tenants on time (as mentioned on the contract/agreement).
• Prepare termination annex of lease agreement for Team Leader signature and send to the tenants 3 months before expired day
• Prepare letters to inform increasing rental fee to tenants, if any.
• Prepare internal memo relating to Tenants.
C. Working relationship
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.

- Maintain professional internal & external relationships that meet company core values.
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
D. Reporting
• Reporting to the immediate manager all relating issues in the job in charge daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.
• Make weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.
• Doing other reports as requested the immediate Manager and/ or General Director.
E. Others
• Doing others works/tasks as requested by the immediate Manager, Functional Team leader.
• Support other colleagues to complete works, if requested.
• Being ready to travelling oversea and local cities and provinces for business.

- A self-starter, highly organized, strong negotiation and communications skills.
- Strong analytical ability and good in data/ figures.
- Self disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Knowledge of assortment on the given purchase
