Mô tả công việc

• Liaising with the head of PMO to support, lead and implement project deliverables
• Liasing with our IT Development team based in Ho Chi Minh City
• Maintaining the IT development plan and holding regular meeting with the IT development team to update progress
• Interact with staff of all levels up to senior management to coordinate and manage work programmes, define priorities and deliver project outputs to agreed specifications
• Be responsible for all stages of the IT project management cycle, from initial feasibility study and creation of business cases in liaison with business sponsors, to maintaining a strong business focus throughout the design and implementation of business system development projects and contributing to business support activities post-implementation.
• Helps define process improvements and feedback for large, multi-part projects that need creative project management strategies required for timely execution. 
• Gathers necessary assets required for development of each project, including but not limited to: specifications, HTML, images, project tool workflow entries, test data and any additional technical documentation required. 
• Provide necessary feedback to project stakeholders. Examples include specification feedback, issue escalation to managers or scope changes/clarifications to project resources. 
• Effectively manage project scope by ensuring that changes to scope are documented and approved with project change request forms
• Follows approved SDLC and project management methodology, ensuring that all required steps are followed, all required deliverables are produced, and all approvals are obtained. 
• Lead defect management processes and discussions between development, QA, Production and business teams to effectively communicate root cause and defect resolution. 
• Conducts feasibility, risk, regulatory compliance, and ROI analyzes for proposed projects and presents a recommendation related to project feasibility. 
• Proactively identify risks and issues on projects - leading team to develop risk management and issues management plans
• Identifies potential points of contention for missed deliverables; creates and implements strategy to mitigate shortfalls in timeline and budget
• Anticipates problems before they occur; defines the problem or risk; identifies possible causes; works with team to identify solutions; selects and implements most appropriate solution

Kỹ năng yêu cầu

• Degree qualified
• Strong experience across project planning, documentation and management (including resource and budget management)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt style and manner of engagement as appropriate to suit stakeholder
• Past experience working in a startup environment
• Ability to deal with, and manage conflict, whilst building successful business relationships across a range of stakeholder group
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to understand the bigger picture and the flow of information through the project/programme
• Eye for detail and strong written and verbal communication skills is essential.
• 5+ years experience as IT Project Manager at a multinational company
• Understanding of insurance products and providers advantageous but not necessary
• A relevant professional qualification in project management e.g. PRINCE2 would be advantageous
• Experience working with Open Source applications a plus.
• Applicant should be a functional web & mobile application platform technology generalist without a strong adherence to a specific platform.
• Innate capability to create order out of chaos. Proven problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to think out of the box and generate creative solutions. 
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both business people and software engineers. 
• Desire to work in fast-paced, multi-task, fluid environment capable of reacting instantly to changes in a competitive business environment. 
• Ability to plan, organize and proctor efficient meetings through preparation, stakeholder subscription and an innate ability to guide a group towards agreed upon objectives
