Mô tả công việc

- To support IE Manager to establish, implement and maintain standards operations & processes in production floor

- To monitor& analyze production related information & statistics (i.e. efficiency) to identify problems and provide effective recommendations to IE Manager to solve the problems & improve efficiency

- To support IE Manager to supervise IEs & together with them to ensure that production dept. is adopting the target of efficiency% & quality%

- To do the kaizens which help to continuous improving production eff., quality, 5S & visual management,…by reducing wastes

- To provide advice to reduce cost and utilize materials.

Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent or others which related to garment & fashion technology

- At least 2 year working for IE job

- Have been worked in factory which has applied Lean Manufacturing is advantage

- English fluently
