Responsibilities

  • Planning - Following up budgets for personnel operations/ Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel related data such as hires, transfers, and absenteeism, retention and turnover rates.
  • Provide guidance to management of effective utilization of people capability such as: full-time employees, contract labor, casual and temporary employees.
  • Recruitment & Selection
    • Efficiency recruitment & selection process/ Counseling managers on candidate selection
    • Maintain the work structure by build-up & updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Training & development
    • New hired employees’ orientation and induction program to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
    • Analyze training and development needs.
    • Training for company policies & procedures, job duties, working conditions,
      wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits, health & safety programs
    • HR Basic skills training to factory manager and team-leaders.
  • Performance management
    • Company performance management system for management level & staff level
    • Periodically planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors
    • Audit human resources practices of HR team and department team for compliance with Vietnamese Labor laws and regulations/
    • Provide directions to the team to meet Company standards/ Employee survey programs.
  • Compensation & Benefits
    • Company policies, regulations, handbook
    • Analyze, establish competitive programs and compliance with legal requirements
    • Administer payroll, C&B, PIT record & statistic, payment plan, pay budgets Analyze, determine and improve organization's personnel policies and practices.
    • Employee benefits programs.
    • Representing the organization in dealing with Authorities such as labor department, police, etc…
  • Employee relations
    • Serve as a link between management and employees
    • Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations
    • Negotiate bargaining agreements and interpret labor contracts/ Analyze and identify reasons for employee termination.
    • Counsel and discipline employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising employee job results
    • Organize re-creational activities such as: team building, year-end party, company events…
    • Take action for disciplinary in line with labor law.
  • Occupational, Health and Safety
    • Build and implement the plan for OSH (including maintenance – cleanliness)
    • Continuously find improvement for OHS system.
  • Administration
    • Control all Admin expenses in company such as telephone, hand phone, courier, taxi, stationary, staff business travelling, rubbish and hazard rubbish, etc…
    • Build-up all contracts with suppliers for jobs related with HR and administration.
  • HR Information System
    • Procedure setting up is necessary for all HR activities & operation.
    • Manage and instructs HR team to work on HRIS (especially in Bravo software)
    • Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system.
  • Keeping past and current records.

Kỹ năng yêu cầu

Requirements

  • Experience as Human Resources Generalist, including experience in operations/manufacturing, especially for international garment company.
  • Extensive knowledge of labor law and Government regulations.
  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
  • Hard working, super organized, have ability to do multi-jobs at the same time and work under high pressure.
  • Patient, can-do and supporting attitude.
  • Good in written and verbal communication and recommendation skills (Vietnamese & English).
  • Young, dynamic and energy
  • Good computer skill, specially email skill
  • Bravo software experience is priority
  • Educational Requirements: BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Law or Business Administration
