Position Overview: Data Quality & User Support Analyst
- Data Quality Analyst : Data quality analysts help organizations maintain high-quality data. They are responsible for defining rules to evaluate data quality and creating test plans that work.
- User Support Analyst : The primary duty is to carefully receive, document, and analyze customer issues, using all available resources and capabilities to quickly resolve issues if possible, properly escalating the remainder, utilizing excellent customer service skills. Other duties include routine maintenance and office support tasks, and work on various projects.
Responsibilities:
- Data Quality Analyst : The successful applicant will be responsible for:Raising data quality and performance levels in our department. Providing a high level of data quality awareness across multiple staff profiles e.g. manager, front-line staff etc. Evaluating and identifying where system enhancements are required
- User Support Analyst : Applies exceptional customer service and teamwork practices at all times. Receives, documents, and carefully analyzes incoming support requests, inquiries, and trouble reports. Promptly resolves all issues that fall within the scope of Service Desk staff capabilities, thoroughly documenting each step. Promptly and properly escalates unresolved issues, including complete problem descriptions, documentation of all actions performed, and all other pertinent details. Promptly handles assigned issues. May write or revise user training manuals and procedures. Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Technical Skills : Microsoft Word, Excel and Access, as well as knowledge of data manipulation tools and analysis techniques. These professionals also must be willing to interact with data users and managers. They must have strong English written and verbal communication skills.
