Mô tả công việc

-    Manage and develop customer channel to achieve company assigned sales target.
-    Build up customer database, approach prospective customers to expand and create new business opportunity under territory or sector assigned.
-    Execute the project inquiry with order process: review customers’ orders, provide consulting, offering services to clients by understanding capability of the company specific solutions, price, requirements
-    Establish strong, multi-level relationships with key customers (including decision makers and influencers)
-    Identify account needs, opportunities and key buying factors for existing customers
-    Coordinate with Accountants to follow up AR, follow up with client and finance on discrepancy invoice and reduce outstanding credit business.
-    Create regular sales reports based on company’s forms (revenue, numbers of sales calls per targeted customers, potential development, AR…

Kỹ năng yêu cầu

-    University degree Japanese proficiency to 4 skills, good basic English communication is advanced.
-    Fresh graduated student is acceptable.
-    Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment and cope with large-scale business challenges.
-    Above 01 years involved sales experience in service, IT or tourism are preferable but not mandatory.
-    Good customer-oriented and sales skills: presentation, negotiation, persuasion.
-    Constantly seeking to improve your skills and efficiency levels
-    Strong knowledge about market, competitors and industry trends will be a clear advantage
-    Good interpersonal skills
-    Problem analysis and solving skills
-    Pro-active, self-reliant, team player, aggressive with a “can do” attitude.
