Centre Manager (Real Estate/ Shopping Mall)

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the marketing, leasing and management for Shopping Mall.
• Prepare and ensure the profitability of the asset. Including preparing the annual budget, formulating business plans and rolling out of leasing and marketing strategies.
• Ensure that the rental income and occupancy of the properties are maximized while   managing   relationships   with   tenants   through tenants' incentive programs.
• Need to be bottom-line focused.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Good command both of English and Vietnamese writing and speaking skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office application.
• At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in property management and leasing of retail mall.
• Strong communication skills: oral, written, presentation and influencing.
• Strong ability to lead a team of professionals of vast experience.
• Demonstrated business acumen.
• A strong value system, unquestioned integrity and good listening skills.
• Problem solver” ability to identify problems and issues to resolution proactively.
• Knowledge and experience of the local market would be an added advantage
